What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, our cancellation policy will be enforced.
You will be asked to enter card details at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
You will be charged a 50% fee for not showing up up to your appointment.
You will be charged a 50% fee for late cancellations/moving slots with under 48 hours notice.
Whilst we understand unfortunate and unpredictable situations occur, PS Hair Co. can not be held responsible for such. To protect our business and staff, we must operate our strict cancellation policy. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
LATENESS
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at PS HAIR CO. and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will likely have to reschedule your appointment for another time with a 50% late cancellation fee. In some circumstances we may be able to perform a partial service.
If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
